I have Windows 7 and creating the UpperFilters in my registry file fixed the problem. Registry keys scare me, but this fixed the error settinngs. I have the same question To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question. Clicking “OK” allows iTunes to start, but when you start iTunes again, it’ll complain, again. It took me forever to find a solution and I did.
